The Knecht Team consists of Laurie and Tom. They live in East Fallowfield Township.

 Laurie Knecht

The senior member of the team, Laurie has been selling real estate since 1990. A graduate of Dickinson College, she is licensed as an Associate Broker and, among other designations, has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation - only 4% of realtors have this. Her tenacity, attention to detail and negotiation skills get you to settlement. She is involved in politics and enjoys walking, gardening, cooking international dishes and reading.“I really care about the people I help to sell and buy homes. Tom Knecht

Tom -Administrator

Tom is our administrator. He has an AB from Dickinson and an MS from Drexel. Tom has been a teacher, engineering administrator, publishing manager and library system administrator. In 2002 he became adventurous and left his management position with the Lower Merion Library System to join Laurie as her licensed partner. Tom is a problem solver, loves the variety of a real estate career, and gets great satisfaction in helping people achieve their housing desires. He likes cats, reading, biking, gardening, nature, travel and Mediterranean food.
